What data we collect

We collect only your email address when you sign up for our waitlist. That's it. No tracking, no cookies, no analytics.

Why we collect it

To notify you when Capysync launches or when we have significant updates to share. We won't use your email for anything else.

Legal basis

We process your email based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the signup form.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If the project is discontinued, we'll delete all waitlist data.

Who has access

Only Dr. Mikio Braun. We don't share, sell, or transfer your email to anyone. The data is stored on servers in the EU.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:
